Hello longtime Seabreeze Geezerz !
I hope this thread isn't deleted or removed as I am looking for some genuine help as Ive ended up in a very frustrating situation.
Normally when I find myself in a bad situation I find that many minds are better then one.
I have turned to seabreeze forum many times over the years for help with all things but mainly they have been ocean sports related.
Unfortunately I can no longer participate in those sports due to the situation.

The situation : I was vaccinated against covid in October 2021. The jab I was recommended was a Pfizer one.
Shortly following my vaccination my fit healthy 31 year old body that had the ability to surf, fish , kite surf and work physically on the tools day in day out began to shut down.
The following week I ended up in the emergency department twice and back at the gp's office suffering severe chest pains and no physical ability to use my arms, legs etc.
Following every test under the sun over the next few months I was diagnosed with myocarditis & pericarditis. (enlarged heart)

11 months on I am still unable to work or do anything physical. The medication has given me stomach ulcers and I am basically a fat depressed blob with no answers for the future.

To make matters even more interesting my first child is due at the start of October


My questions for the wise wind warriors of seabreeze are as follows

1. Does anyone have a similar condition and have you found a cure or medication that works?

2. Does anyone know a reputable solicitor that works in the field of medical indemnity? I am trying to go down the very difficult route of the government run compensation scheme.

3. Does anyone have any career advice on how a carpenter with 15 years experience can earn money from home?
The heart issue + medication mean I barely sleep so being reliable isnt a strong point atm.


If anyone has any answers I will be eternally grateful! You may even win naming rights to my unborn child!

A guy I work with had the same, but 6 months on he is all good, but is a fair bit younger than you.

It's very unlikely anyone will ever be able to win a legal case for damages caused by adverse reactions to the covid vaccines. The government does have a compensation scheme so it's probably best to pursue it.

Most probably signing up to this scheme requires signing away your rights to pursue damages through the courts. So there is a real cost there. However one has to be realistic and consider the likelihood of success in a court. The whole medical, government and pharmaceutical establishment will be against you. They have incredible wealth and resources to wear any opponent down which is what courts are all about.

I was a bit luckier than you, only costochondritis, pain on every deep breath for the last year. The gubbinment have said they'll only pay a few grand for each night spent in hospital. I'm soon to start my own compensation journey, I'll keep you posted.

Have you had an mri ? I suggest you get one as pain on deep breathing is a symptom I had at the beginning.

It's laughable it's even called a vaccine it doesn't stop you catching or spreading Covid. The way this was and still is pushed onto the population without full disclosure of the many adverse events being reported is disturbing. Look into some of Peter McCollough's work he has some advice for sufferers of Myocarditis & Pericarditis.

Unfortunately the Australian Government has given Pfizer idemnity from you pursuing them so you have to try and get help from the Government which is not easy as they are not willing to admit there's a problem.

Because you have an inflammation issue there are some people out there that have had some success with calorie restriction or intermittent fasting. If you can restrict your calories you can potentially reduce inflammation in your body. How bizzar, I know a lot of people but none with that condition? Or anything like it.

I've had covid as well. NSW health put me on a high risk group that had nurses check on me daily as I had the heart condition. I got a fever and busy legs for a couple of days and was fine afterwards. My gf who was unvaxxed had a very similar situation.My brother who got an AstraZeneca vaccine was worse off then me when he got it but recovered after about a week.
We were lucky tho as it was apparently a mild strain that we had most likely omnicron.

It's definitely a very difficult virus to combat as it effects everyone so differently. I've been told my issues are continuing due to the spike protein / small particles in the vaccine keep replicating causing my immune response around my heart.

This is the scariest part about the whole situation. I've contacted Pfizer on multiple occasions asking for help. They've responded saying they don't have to provide help or that they can't be held responsible due to the emergency laws put in place. The 5 or so solicitors I've spoken to also have told me it's impossible to pursue through the courts Pfizer are however allowed to lobby the government, pay for media advertising and make billions of dollars. However there is no point on dwelling on the subject as it's not a solution to my problem

Further to this dietary advice, you have an inflammatory condition so improving your omega3-6 intake ratio is a good start, ditch all grains, that's all bread cakes biscuits and pizzas, eat lots of fish and root vegetables but not white potatoes.
On a cellular level autophagy will cure most anything but fasting needs to be done after following a nutrient dense diet. Fasting for 3 days is great but if it affects your mood that's a clear sign that you're nutrient deficient, then you must stop and eat more nutritious food. I currently don't have the excess calories to try this although I do a mini fast everyday. For me the pain is probably less whenever I don't eat grains, I haven't noticed any difference from fasting yet but I still haven't done any proper fasts.

And OK, yeah mate Pfizer aren't going to help. Pfizer will turn over 100 billion in 2022, they are too busy counting their money. They just sell the product and the injured have to fend for themselves.

Vaccine injured should be treated like injured war veterans. If our government had the population's interest at hand they would've forced Pfizer and the other pharmaceutical companies to be liable for the vaccines. But none of those companies would have agreed because they know they would potentially be paying out billions if not trillions of dollars in vaccine related damages.

There was no long term safety data. This is a rolling experiment.

Have a read of this pre-print study that just came out. In the age group of 19-29 (OK is 31) it is stated that the COVID-19 vaccines were up to 98 times worse than the virus itself. And that's based on CDC data. You could be pretty confident that figure is way under reported.

I think discussion about issues is okay, as we have all been through a lot.
What I don't think is constructive is looking at vaccines and forgetting that it was a unique unprecedented situation. Unless you believe in some other agenda, it was something no one knew how to handle.

I personally am glad I had access to vaccines and was lucky enough to have no issues.

If anyone wants to mention issues they have had or know of, go for it, most people are keen to hear. Once it becomes a CT, we need to stop.

Yeah all good FormulaNova, no worries.

As for CTs, I mentioned myocarditis 9-12 months ago and I was labeled a crack pot. And now we are seeing more people with this condition. We can't just label anyone with a different view a conspiracy theorist because we haven't done the research on our own.

What gets me agitated is how as a society we have turned a blind eye to these conditions like what OK now has. The ol', "Well we didn't know, we did the best we could" is a cop out. We've had lots of evidence something was wrong, yet if you spoke up you were shut down and labeled an Anti-Vaxxer CT. It's bloody shameful.

Anyway back to helping OK.... do what ever you can do reduce inflammation mate.... that spike protein is inflaming your heart and heart sac.

If we talk about potential side effects of covid RNA vaccines myocardial my be most prominent, first to spot.
But I am surprised that lost of power of my leg muscles. Obviously that could be easily attributed to age and BMI index 30. But anyway from all muscles those at legs are biggest in human body. It will be interesting to learn if somebody else have similar symptoms like difficulty climbing stairs or some larger increments equal to two or three steps hight. something like 60 cm 90 cm step up some time ago until recently wasn't a problem at all, but now I need to use arms to help lift the body.If somebody found increased, unexplained difficulty bike riding?

Tequila, I've tried to maintain relationships with everyone who was wrong. We're all human, and they had plenty of help to make their mistakes.
Macro, decreased leg power was one of the first symptoms I noticed.

Ahh, the good-old 'cognitive dissonance'. Is that in the CT's playbook, as I only really remember it from PM33s continuous belief that September 11 was a hoax and that everyone else has cognitive dissonance.

You could apply this 'CD' to anything you don't want to agree with.

Psychojoe, your case is interesting at least in that you opted for a trial vaccine instead of the regular one, and still had a 'myocarditis' response, which now turns out to not be the case, but "only costochondritis". At least your condition does not appear to have disabled you, although I would agree it would be disruptive to your life. I think I have the same thing, but have had it before Covid, so its not something I can relate to the vaccinations.

For the record, I agree that there are cases of people suffering or even dying from the vaccines. Worst I know of is the son-in-law of a friend, who needed a pacemaker after being vaccinated. Then, his mother ended up catching Covid (most likely 'only' Omicron) and then died within days from it despite being perfectly healthy beforehand. On the face of it, I wonder if it means that there was something in their genetic makeup that made them predisposed to Covid or the same response caused by a Covid vaccine? Clearly there is no way of knowing if someone would be predisposed to dying from Covid or the vaccine.

As for this being a rolling experiment, this is the sort of wording that hints at someone being a conspiracy theorist.

I would worry if pharmaceutical companies were prevented from producing a vaccine due to legal worries about being held liable for any negative outcomes. I think its easy to forget that the whole experience has been called an emergency event, not just something where someone decided to rollout a new vaccine for something.

From my memory, in early 2020 we were seeing news feeds from China where thousands of people were dying and the Chinese government were working overtime to build hospitals to contain the issue. If this is a conspiracy, it sure has been a complicated one!

I don't know a lot about it but I do know they used only 8 mice for testing for the BA.5 vaccine, no humans. The argument being that the first lot of vaccines are safe and these new ones shouldn't be any different.

8 mice for an updated vaccine rolled out to the world's population? I'm no immunologist but it does seem like a lightweight test.
