I'm a bit hairy, not obscenely, and its under control with a bit of man scaping, however hair on the fingers after the second joint, the one closest to the nail just doesn't seem right. It appears spasmodically and I've just noticed I routinely pull them out.

Just a morning observation, nothing more.

Spasmodically? You mean, whenever the moon is full...?

Noticing anything on the back of your hand first thing in the morning conjures images of early morning pursuits best not shared with the common herd. But when you find yourself having to shave your ears before a big night out,(as do I) then you have some reason for complaint!! In fact, my whole life could exist without the chemical magic of soap as I am now hairy enough to shampoo myself on a daily basis reducing my cleaning process to just one process. Hirsute yes. My only regret is if I had of allowed my ear hair to grow, (from the top of the outer bit) I could have plaited an awesome pair of Doctor Spock ears.

Regards

I'm a bit hairy myself and one of the things that used to shi t me the most about it is my eyebrows which migrate into my eyes when out of control.

But I had this brilliant discovery about a year ago. Someone at work dared me to shave them off, which I did.

Well bugger me, no bastard noticed, So now I trim the f cukers whenever I remember.

^^^ Sorry to burst your bubble Japie...but everyone noticed - they were just too polite to tell you.

Manscaping (yes, even eyebrows) is wrong - m-kay?!

Mate, I have to agree with you re the manscaping, 100%, but when wet eyebrows impede your vision on the water........
