AFL footy show is a bit behind the
NRL has had Erin in the show for what 3-4 years.
And the Marngrook footy show has had Leila for 10 years.
As long as Rebecca can be factual and topical and weather the Sam & Billy misogyny and double entendres she'll do fine.

I stopped watching the footy show after sam newmans 14th face lift. The guy doesn't need to grow old, just to grow up...

People need to stop taking Sam so literally and realise he plays that role. I actually find him amusing because he says what he says to get a rise out of people and he is very successful at it.

I thought Rebecca was clearly nervous and struggled a bit at times but once she settles will be a v.good addition to the show.

I also agree it has tallied off over the years, but ill still take the footy show over the block, masterchef, the 10000 reno shows, marriage shows and all those other crap reality programs we are flooded with these days.
