So is there a good place to donate to, that gives all the money to the most in need?
Who are the most in need anyway?

With scammers targeting sufferers they are probably after donors as well.

There are plenty of dead Sh!ts around. My mum's house was broken into and ransacked while her grandson, my nephew, took her out in a farm vehicle to look how fires damaged the farm.

Everyone knows who did it but the police won't do anything. There is justice though. One of them literally shot himself in the foot. They were fooling around with a rifle in their car and it went off, shooting one of them in the foot.

Moby I'm with you there now days it's unless it's on film we can't prosecute.
I'm working up the blue mountains this week & the customer was running local volunteer fire brigades & the fire was in the next valley heading towards his house & he popped back to tell me & his wife to be ready to evacuate but don't listen to anyone else only people in the brigade his wife knows if he can't make it because.
He had had reports people going around & telling people to evacuate when they didn't need to & the thought was to rob them when they left & keep an eye out because they are trying to catch them but it's not the 1st bushfire these locals in a pretty tight community have been through & this trick has been played before so at the time nobody had been robbed.
