You need to post in the SA sections for a better response. Anyway, clockwise order:
Ardrossan: Freeride/wave. Small waves next to public jetty (dretched). 30 knot solid seabreezes. Small window to sail due to beach access. Bad behaviour from locals have kept me away. **** Town

Port Vincent/ Stansbury: Speed sailing. Stansbury has best sand bar. 20kt mirror smooth water. Small/friendly crew that always welcome visitors. Winds normally 20kt in summer. Sometimes you get a 30 knot SE seabreeze. Weed fin required at certain phases of the tide. Booties are essential anywhere along the east side of YP due to razor fish.
Bottom of the boot: Wave sailing. Never been there. I only go to places with high reliable wind. Ask on the SA windsurfing forum.
Port Hughes/Moonta Bay: Free ride. Water quality is fantastic in summer. Seabreezes pretty good. Northeries in winter are rock solid reliable (25-30kt).
A bit beyond Walleroo is waves, and I won't say anymore

Port Broughton/Fishies Bay: ****. Don't even bother.
