Do dogs look at other dogs and think they're ugly? Any other animals, or only humans? What's the point. Wouldn't natural selection and evolution favour people that thought everyone was attractive?
Well, I guess you could ask, do Peahens look at Peacocks and think they are ugly or attractive? I think that gives you your answer.
If there were no obvious visual-only features on some animals then you could say no, but there are.
Lucky for most of us, beauty is not too much of an issue as there are only so many beautiful people to go around and far more important is security and stability. Well, in most cases. If this weren't the case we would all look beautiful by now anyway.
Going off on a tangent with the dog/beauty thing. My last dog was a blue-heeler. To anyone that likes the breed, she was a good looking dog, yet I was surprised when someone at a dog park said to me once 'what an ugly dog'. I put it down to people being used to 'their breeds' and the colours-all-over-the-place thing would look strange to them. I think it must be a dog-owner thing, as I look at Pugs and think 'why would you bother'. Luckily they are not that smart either so would not be offended anyway
