Didn't Tonga bring in new rules about investors offsetting their interest costs against their income tax?
If so, why are property prices still high? Anyone here from Tonga?
Asking for a friend.
Ha, you are a funny guy. I thought you had already won the comp? If not, this one clinches it. I bow down to a master. You need to be more clever though as this one is too close.
I can't read Lotofwind's post as somehow seabreeze is stopping me from reading it, but in it I am sure that he identifies that Tonga has replaced it's currency with bitcoin. Sort of like El Salvador.
I mean, what can go wrong. Replace a normal monetary system that works with a thing that is eratic, based on speculation, and something most people don't understand. Tonga could be the top country in the world, and then the next day be the poorest, and then the next day the richest again. Sounds great for the people.
Viva a la bitcoin.
