A good medium rare T-bone or sirloin with chunky mushroom sauce, cracked pepper, crunchy chips, and broccolini... and a couple of cold largers to wash it down. Maybe be greedy and start with a wood-fired pizza for starters... and finish with a nice pavlova for desert.
A good Thai Green curry would be up there...
Too many options.... making tonight's dinner looking a bit sad by comparison!
