Some good comments there. I wasn't offended by Musk doing the gesture. I just thought how strange, and found it interesting that right wing media outlets seem very keen to write it off as 'Nothing to see here'.

Police are saying that the wave of antisemitic vandalism might be funded overseas, maybe Russia, and are suggesting they are paying Sydney crime gangs in crypto over the dark web for the vandalism.

The vandalism doesn't seem to be particularly well organised, it's kind of random. There's been bad spelling and its not well targeted. Like it's been done by kids or people who don't have a clear motive. Which in many ways is more of a worry.
