I've had some good sessions with a kite and kayak ive been out a couple of Km on them but obviously you can only go downwind or maybe hold ground and best to have a 8m+ rope or something attached to the kayak for when you fall off stabilising kite
.....because it can go quite far and you have to get a bit of air to get back on sitting on it whilst keeping the kite stable it's a bit of a mission
