Ragnar fails in his bid to conquer Paris

He runs away

the time line jumps ahead 15yrs and starts focusing on his sons

Ragnar comes back
everyone hates him
he gets killed by the English
His ol wife kills the new wife and takes over
Rollo joins back up with the Vikings heading to Rome

Did I mention Ragnars dead
and his cripple son is angry.....

Why?, Where you guys up to???

Its funny you say that............Ragnar before his marched off for a full episode of being tortured and then dropped into a snake pit by the fat black haired English king.....he tells his angry cripple son to come back to England and show no mercy.........Be ruthless he says.......but that was before he confirmed to the other English king, eggbert, that that is not his son as he did not root that crazy English queen.....and then the wolf, the son of eggbert casts that young child from the castle to go fend for himself
I was surprised what ol hottie lagathar did, storming the ol home ground and killing the viking queen......which is def going piss off the cripple son
I was surprised Rollo joined back up with the Vikings as well, after they torture him abit of course
I was spewing they jumped so far forward in time......but it looks like its gunna focus on the kids now.........now that Ragnar is dead and all.......

Forget Ragnar, Rollo's the main man..
Apparently Willaim the conqurer was descended from him, and in turn the present royal family!

Very loosely from what I have read... the characters are based on some real people and the exploits to some level of fact but there is a lot of fill... the real Lagatha was the first shield maiden to fight with the men setting an early stance for equality

Rip Ragnar! Just finished. Yeah I wikid. Ragnar even the snake pit execution mentioned. Historians split as to how much is true and ledgends ESP ragnar. But there was an Ivar the boneless, Bjorn iron side, king eccbert etc.
For the life of me with all the gratuitous sex we've seen I don't know why they couldn't give us a bit of largatha and neck tatoo maiden action.

Yeah it was great.
Showed the reall history behind the show .
Its worth it just to see the cathedral &rollos tomb .
