Ours costed about 320? because it lacked a cristal glass that works as a cap and affected nothing in the functions. Ours is Taurus MyCook, but other imitators are Moulinex, LIDL sold one for less than 200?... for what I see imitators kept the basis and evolution is towards "connectivity" to download recipes or help with lists to buy... etc. it must not be mistaken for a "pot". It makes the mix por bread, pizza or pasta. It cooks by vapor in a grid that sits on top of what you are already heating in the pot. If used for a few basic things in he family it saves lots of time, guarantees predictable results, frees you up about timing (it chimes and you just follow next steps), it has a scale built in that resets when adding new things (so you can exactly fill the pot) and most of all... you only have to clean ONE thing when done.
