Hey, I liked that band !. I remember listening to them on an old vacuum tube portable radio in my bedroom from some alternative pirate radio AM broadcaster. But that was the style of that era. Adam and the Ant, David Bowie, even INXS and Iggy pop put on the max factor and red lippy in that period. I just found them all big and happy. It was just modern music

Having said that, I was an easy to please 8-9 years old. A simpler time, less complicated. Now I'm an old Windsurfing Curmudgeon ("I don't like much"), this band would not appeal to me now.
