Kiterboy is asking why his post was removed. Specifically using the word "hypocrisy", etc.

We're not pretending to be experts at moderating. But, we got the job and we're doing the best we can.

Some people have a clear vision of what is acceptable, and what is not. We're not so sure, so we err on the the side of caution.

We have to make judgements about lots of content every day. It's part of what we do. And generally in a hurry due to time pressure.

Sometimes people agree with our judgement.
Sometimes people disagree with our judgement.
Sometimes its a clear line - like pornography, violence or spam.
Sometimes it's not.
