Ackshully...When I was at intermediate school, the popular school shoes were Nomads... or Johnny Rebels if you were cheap. The fad of the day was to have as many of the leather tags on your laces as you could; the tags being a rectangle with the logo stamped on it, about 1/2 the size of a box of smokes. The more you had on your shoes, the cooler you were.

Me, being an ass, used art class time to cut out about 30 of the things from some spare leather...

So anyway, one day we went on a school walk and I was dying for a crap. Went into the only public crapper for MILES around and sure enough - no paper! Not even the roll (which I have used before) so I thought about it and...

... got back to school with zero tags on my shoes.
