After reading the link and looking at all the pictures to me this looks like a form of abuse. Surely this little person cannot be of complete mental competence because this is nearly always the case with someone with this severity of handicaps. It looks to me like the little person has been coerced into some really bizarre behaviors by the attention whore companion.
