Conner is obviously likely going to lose, but I think he stands a real chance as he's both a southpaw and very unorthodox.

8oz gloves and a decent referee now are going to hinder Floyd a little more.

I've seen enough of McGregor to realise that underneath the flashy showman who is pretty good with words(there are more poets per square mile in Ireland than anywhere on Earth) he's actually a very considered, almost philosophical character. The UFC mega star will fly the rainbow flag, for example.

Conor is a champ at UFC , MMA . But Mayweather has done this his whole life , Itll be same boring fight that Mayweather puts up.

Yeah i agree better odds are available, but i just feel the fight is rather open, so its a guess at best, to then single out the guess, i just figured at 4 to 1 why not.. Helps give a me tiny glimmer of interest in two men beating each others heads in..

Well, that was a better fight than even I expected. Nice, clean, exciting, and a clear outcome. McG was an unorthodox as ever and actually looked pretty good up until he got gassed, yet again.

@ Boxing fans:
Can you explain to me how Mayweather won rounds two and three, on the official scorecard? I get that he "lost" them intentionally, it was a part of his strategy, but do you actually win a round you intentionally lose if you lose it because you were planning to lose?

I guess, like 99.9% of the viewers, I just don't understand boxing.

I thought Mayweather lost the first 5 rounds easy. Judges were boxing fan boys.

I had same as Moretti, maybe the fourth too. Can't remember exactly when McG hit the wall.

It was a good fair fight McGregor took some hard hits so did Floyd..but the Irishman was cooked by round 5 or 6 surprised he stood his ground to the end.
