Well the Australian pub classic, much loved by most. I personally couldn't care much as all about that Napoli sauce for me the freshness of the tomato is where I rate the Australian classic for me! P.s can't stand a dry piece of chicken

Had one recently and didn't really care for the Napoli sauce making the schnitzel coating soft. I'll go for a regular schnitzel with boscaiola sauce on the side and a fresh garden salad.

Was in Cairns back in July, the RSL had an entire section of the menu just for schnitzels+parmis. From memory there was 6-7 varieties. Ate there EVERY DAY!

The only thing I miss about leaving Vic decades ago is the chicken parmas. North of the border they can't make them properly.
if you need to question whether ham is required then you've never experienced the joy of a genuine parma

Need to visit the Cairns RSL and go sailing at Green Is. while in town. Eating parmigiana and setting speed records. Winner winner chicken dinner!

I don't really get chicken schnitzel. Schnitzel can only be veal and the best is bobby veal.

What about the cock and bull? Probably better shnittys. Good ribs and other stuff.
Shniytys are good. Better than a good kiev?
