I'm looking for suggestions on how to best lock up two paddle boards on my dock. Any ideas?

You have your own dock?
Maybe carry the boards up the lawn to the mansion and put them in there?

Yes. My husband said, " join a forum I get good advice about all my cars from them'. He thought it would help. I guess car collectors are more serious.

There's a sup sub section on this site. Ask there. I'm sure there are locks available. I'd also be worried about sun damage, but you could fix that by wrapping a tarp over.
If u don't have a paddle hole or fin track for the lock to secure to you could have a couple of wire rope loops swaged up that slide over the nose and stern but not wide enough to slide to the middle, and then join them with another length in the middle.
PS I googled
