Just wondering if this is normal or if anyone has any tips.

I don't use facebook for friends/family, I use is as a kite resource when I want a quick mobile browse to see the latest pics/releases/vids, mostly kite foiling but any kiting really.

Basically I have an anonymous account and if you post 2 non-kite related posts in a row then it's an instant unfriend.
Works really well for me, I have a few hundred "friends" and it's a pretty focussed feed for me to browse.

I use "Metal" app for android, as the actual facebook app takes 20% of your battery power, because it constantly tracks your every move and interaction. Metal lets you avoid that.

All was going great until about 2 weeks ago.

I fired it up for a browse and all of a sudden it's like every 5th post is some random rubbish with a tiny little tag "suggested post" in the corner.

I can't see any settings I can change.

Anyone know a way to stop this on android? Otherwise I'll just give it up, no FB for me..

Just use Grindr its heaps better
