They're not close to swimming beaches. They're out the back far enough that the coast guard with their binoculars couldn't manage an id on the boat. That's why it's called Mystery Boat in your tabloid link. They shut the beach because they're nervous, sharks are starting to eat people over there like they do here. You have seen 30 seagulls all go for the same two chips before, haven't you?
No, I don't like boats berleying around me when I'm in the water - the slicks coming off amateur boats bother me a lot more than a few scraps of bait being hosed off a commercial deck. Surprised you care jb, I thought you were the guy that doesn't think sharks are that big a deal. Your blonde Hawaiian mate strokes and cuddles them, remember?
Actually the boat was spotted by a councillor on a walk around the headland and he doesnt have a lot of boating experience. He even said it was about 6 m. That boat is clearly not 6m. The photo was not from any article. It was a shot of the offending boat. Apparently its known for doing it regularly by a protesting local.
As for the fisherman in Cowaramup well he washes his boat down on the mooring in the bay. Do you consider that safe

Legally he is not allowed too either, but does so regularly.
Its called commonness but you seem to be hell bent on turning it into a slinging match again.. As is said if it doesn't bother you thats your prerogative.
