Sorry to say this but looks like my ramblings have landed me in hot water *shocked pikachu*

So you cant sue some homeless person with no money with a laundry list of mental illness but you can sue the internet forum they live on so theyll use that as leverage to exact theyre own justice that the courts cant afford them probably wont be selling me any equipment anymore or letting me stay at theyre place etc etc

But the big concern is with this sort of behaviour online forums like this one will be threatened with lawsuits until they bend the knee give up theyre members details or probably even extort them to get paid out or have the entire forum shutdown.

So altho i find myself in a rather untouchable position (see me recent thread of me putting 1/4 of all my money into GME then magically getting sued for whats left of that (it went down i shoulda sold still havent closed my position cause was asleep) were talking if i was to loose everything i own a

4 figure settlement and some broken wakestyle bars and a car with rust holes the size of your fist thru the floor and some of the wildest paintjob on the side the medical team put those little 3m heartbeat sensors cause they thought it needed to be on life support

So remember that whole australia sueing google for news and facebook etc etc it seems like australias decided were going to be the ****ry that lets people just sue **** for whatever online as long as your rich enough and bored enough you can probably just have every internet forum renoved until were all forced onto reddit or facebook mums chat or whatever the alternative is to that.

Anyways figure some of you might not want to loose your forums so if you can word up something that sounds like it wasnt written by a cracked out hamster i would like to invite all the other forums to discuss a plan for this im thinking ih8mud ocau whatever the fishoes are useing the surfers the runners you name it we all have a long lasging history of discussing and shareing information for whatever our particular of sport (religeon) we are apart of. (If you dont have a relegion and you kite/windsurf this is your church )we got the aviation forums i think if we make this big enough maybe we can work out some sort of protection because

Look... i know were just a mental health journal from the biggest psychward propetuateing itself to be a watersports forum but this could be a very real threat not just now but in the future.

Now im only moderateing on a few of these other forums but i think a start would be to pool our member bases and set up a country wide underground kabal to cook something up maybe a really powerful meme the kings portrait and gina rhienharts going off the charts its been an absolute bull market ao i thibk the first place we need to go is friendly jeordies if we can tap into the war chest with jordies then we can get the comedians with us and theyll be able to help with a meme so strong and the backing of the labor government i think we could keep australian sporting recreational and interest forums open without threat of bored rich people with hurt feelings

The village that throws the weakest villager out to the lions everytime they come around is only a temporary solution (and in the instance where you can get into the village by just s****ing your mac and ip address and then useing a vpn well its temoorary for about 10 minutes.) Sure all the villages will be temporarily strong some may lift weights and meditate so they wont be the weakest other villages may just start kneecapping theyre elderly to make it easier for the lions. But what youll eventually end up with is a bunch of lions getting fatter and stronger and the villages getting more scared and weaker.
