On my android phone when I tap forums the help drop down menu appears, this has been happening for about 3 weeks now.
There have been no changes or updated to my mobile, OS or Chrome, all auto updates are switched off so I haven't updated anything in the last few months, I also haven't downloaded any apps in months. Does this happen to any other Android phones? Mine is a Moto G gen 2.

I thought it was just me. I touch Forums and then Help opens, so I touch Weather and Forums opens. Android Marshmallow Moto G3

My OS is lollipop. So it might be a website issue?

Also happens somewhat randomly. A month or so ago last weekish?

Seeems to be chrome. Able to recreate the problem.

Firefox is good on phone.

Chrome on tablet is ok.

No predictive text on FF when responding. Que sera

Shall see how to get it fixed, although looks like a mongrel to fix as working well in all other browsers!?

A workaround: I found that if you "pinch" (in or out), it works then begins to work fine.

At this stage, looks like Goog might have introduced a new "feature" in the last Chrome update.

Still doing it. I haven't updated chrome and auto updates for chrome is off. Maybe I should update chrome? Yes the pinch method works.

It will be fixed .. give us a day or so (hopefully less!) to find the problem & sort it out, because it will be affecting a lot of crew.

Fortunately was not to difficult to find/fix - the touch error was caused by a patch some weeks ago to make the top menus layout proportionately.. it only failed on Chrome, and as some found, was intermittent.

Hopefully the update just installed resolves the error for good across all browsers; please let me know if not!
