Anyone know what this plant is?

It self seeded a couple of months ago and is growing fast.

Should I pull it out? Phot next post as it won't go on here

It's the rare embedded squares plant. You need to pull it out ASAP as they tend to reproduce very quickly, particularly when others try to take cuttings.
