So I've finally transferred enough of the junk out of the shed to the new micro factory unit, for Dot to say it looks presentable enough for a home open. That will be Saturday week, 1pm, so if you want to come along and show interest, that could encourage somebody to make an offer.

Just in case anybody's interested, it's not really a family home, 3 bedrooms but there's only one big living area, could get noisy. Although the shed (read the old original shack) could be used as a kids retreat, if it's not wanted as a huge shed.

We're here.

Top right hand corner of the pic there's a white house oriented N/S with a big tree on the eastern side. right opposite the track down to the beach. The building due north is the old shack.

Once the add goes online I'll post here.
My wife needs something more easily managed, with no stairs. She doesn't see us living here into our 80s, so we are after a much smaller block, with smaller more modern house and double garage of course. I'd also like it to face North of course, but that may be hard to find.

Getting there Craig, I reconnected the vacuum pump today. But I need more shelves, just dumping stuff from the old shed, really clogs up the workspaces

storage is upstairs groundlevel is work areas. The board stands will go in the foreground near those black boxes. Probably won't be permanent, I'll figure out a way, of making them storeable.

My dad just put a lift in .
It's less than $30 000 .
pretty cheap now
In NSW that would be massively cheaper than stamp duty .
Just a thought if it's only the stairs that's a problem.

Thanks mate, that thought did flit past. but there's not much room and it's far from the only problem

So it's up on the website now, I think the photographer did a great job, as much with the camera as photoshop, if you come to the home open on Sunday the colours won't look as saturated.

Estate agent says he's already had a phone call, don't know how good a sign that is.

what the site doesn't show, is all the work that needs to be done, might not be as expensive as it looks.
