My wife went out in my car, which is specifically for my foiling gear , in high risk weather.
Fortunately, made it home with car in tack.

Thanks to sharks I went surfing in S.A and had it all to myself

I had similar problem with Severne Overdrive 7.8m2 asking 460cm mast and thirty something extension

but i did broke all my 100% carbon 460 already

but I had spare 490cm that I did not use almost at all for 8.6

so I did set 7.8 on 490cm with almost nil extension

a bit stiffer, but it works fine on 7.8

till it brakes too

so I reach to my shed for backup and found mast 460cm that was stack together for 10 years already

now I carry this on top of my HiLux , in one piece

didn't brake so far

since I am going foiling recently smaller size may works too, NP 430 still alive

so my advice is GO FOILING NOW ! foil may works with anything on hand ( I hope but not so sure , still learning)

or WINGING ! Problem solved Happy ending guarantied !

Then a I realised I'm not running from my house to a neighbouring country, to drop off the wife and kids then told to go home and pick up a rifle.

AND NO - not an attempt to start that crap again that gets us all banned. Lets be happy we are in the most geopolitically stable country in the world with no borders with others.

Drove past a house today of some random whos house had gone underwater up to the ceiling.
Stopped to have a chat, all he had left was the shirt and jocks he was wearing when he went to bed that night and woke up with his bed floating.
Spent the arvo helping him scrape the mud out of his house.
Makes the whole 1st world problems of people complaining about the under moderation on SB general forum seem very insignificant and stupid.
