Seriously this leftist ideal of silencing debate is cancer. Silencing questioning things runs against the principal of science. Its one thing to delete a post due to the post denigrating someone or posting inappropriate comments or pictures. But when you silence discussion over something that is the most communal effecting thing since I don't know the second world war its fully un-Australian and I've had several moments I've considered quitting this place as a result.

The only thing that has kept me here is the effect all this BS has had on our country & to continue what I think is right & that is maintaining some kind of a semblance of a free country. But it would appear this place has been taken over by dictators.

I know some of you are older but imagine this happened during the Vietnam war & you could not fight against conscription, which for me is like getting the jab. Making these non long term tested drugs mandatory is criminal imo, especially given the alternative risk of not having them. Where'as if you are not obese, have respiratory issues or a compromised immunity system, the chances of you falling to covid are small unless you had some other health issue and if your in that group then you should be protecting yourself and advocating for everyone else to get on with their life so the community can support you long term.

Lets face it, covid does not make the top 10 of things likely to end you. Lets get on with our lives.

On some level I could agree with you to some degree, Mick PC. But I usually attempt to maintain that unless I'm willing to do a better job for less pay then I refrain from making complaints.

You can understand why they just don't want the extra work. There is no money in it, no benefit, and probably puts other users off.

Now, is it a particular personality type that always thinks that 'someone else' is doing something because of an ulterior motive, because this one is clearly just a simple one.

I doubt it, but I don't know.

Logic would suggest that if ad revenue paid a lot that the moderators would be happy to have all the volatile topics on all the time.

I agree. I wonder if Im not the only one who
noticed the irony in the censoring / closure of the thread. But i must admit some people were getting personal so i suppose in a sense in contravened the forums rules. The moderators are pretty fair on here on my opinion.

Everyone please do yourself a favour and listen / watch Joe Rogans podcast on Yeonmi Park a North Korean girl who escaped. Imagine the worst and most horrific society to live in and her story will beat it cold.


Not too many things i see or hear by now shock or surprise me but this podcast sent me for six.
