So...right...
I am thinking there might be about $368bn of opportunity coming up that could do for Carantoc what bitcoin investment did for myscreenname.
I realise a large chunk of that $368bn might already be set aside for consulting services from Macroscienc, but I'm sure there is a little left over if I can provide some positive input.
Problem is I know nothing not much about subs. So I was wondering if anyone here could peer review my ideas before I submit them formally.
Idea 1) make 'em water tight
Idea 2) don't design the missiles based on a boomerang
Yep, if somebody pay me just one of those 368 I could make some alternations and improvements to our subs.
First instead to avoid sinking of heavy metal (uranium 238) I will make them flying high in sky and call them nuclear powered airships. Or just ballons. Obviously visual effect on enemy will be extremely different. As to stealth our sub or air ship will be equally useless .
Ps just read nice article about neutrinos that all nuclear reactors produce and detectors that could detect those from any distance you like . A meter , hundred km or light year away.
This time I totally agree that buying now Bitcoins for those 500 bln today could be much better investment for our country.

Interestingly modern diesel sub could become completely noiseless and harder to detect but nuclear need constant cooling system working and obviously those neutrinos just advertise your location instantly and constantly.
