My old man was in the army with Mr Hamilton....Hamilton Jet Boats, faaark they were scarey pieces in their early days. I remember vividly being one of the early test boats on the Waimakriri River out of CHCH and he aimed it straight at a shingle bank that the river has all over. Going flat chat, just before we hit he kills the motor we gracefully (sort of) slide over the bank and he guns it again, grinning like a cheshire cat

And look what those boats did to future boating in tight places.

So what IS happening with the flag over there?

Don't get me wrong I think kiwis are great and I would love to go visit New Zealand but it's just so hard to find a flight or any other means of transport that actually goes back to New Zealand

kiwi's can't do a decent bakery though, not in the north island at least.

A 3 week family roadtrip holiday and not a 1/2 reasonable lammo in sight.

Good idea having the beer in the main aisle of the supermarket though, someone thought that out.

Good work too on the Perky-Nana's ( no, not perky nannas), we got hooked on those and are considering importing a few boxes into Aus.
