Im in need of a new shaggin wagon.

Im right in the middle budget wise between the 89-04 and the newer 04-19 models. Obviously price wise Im looking at a mint early model diesel or a little rough around the edges newer model petrol. How do the newer models go reliability wise, are they as tough as the older girls?

Ive had a 93 2.8l diesel which just refused to die for years and years until the rust made the windscreen fall out. I miss that van.

Oh yeah. Anyone ever towed a 3.9m tinnie with a van?

Here you go!! Just what you need and it is in your neck of the woods.

Early model Super Custom with only 145,000 klms on it. Mate had one and those velour rear seats fold down to a great bed.

I reckon $4,000 should own it.

A bit later year and a bit further from you.

Peddo vans, or so my daughter says!
Having said that I have a transporter. Its had more seawater from dripping boards than the Pacific and no rust. Its got 430K ks on the clock, not bad for a little 1.9L diesel. A new turbo cost me about $3600 recently. ( that was 2 sups I'm missing out on)
Not a bad van with plenty of room, but being euro, can be a bit exy on parts and it only likes oil with gold sprinkles in it, but you can get it on special from time to time.
