Send away Laurie. I know the first round of emails was doubled up abit but this time all good.

Its not spam when you are a forum member of that/this site. Just block the emails if it annoys you that much.

So if I pm you and you receive an email from seabreeze from me is that spam?
How about you go to buy something and email the seller are you spamming him?
Or what if Laurie reply's via email is that spam?

Thanks for letting me know .. first negative feedback I've received about the digests.

Sounds like a glitch - I checked your login, and indeed you've opted out, so shouldn't be getting them. Maybe you've got more than one login, and it's going to the other one/an old one/?

To help solve: Can you forward me the one you received .. email it to laurie ..@.. seabreeze.com.au

p.s. If anyone else is reading this, the opt-out is easy..

Either:

1) There's an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email - click it

or

2) Visit your profile (Members/My Profile... link), choose notifications, and choose your options.

Thanks for that Laurie. I didn't think you were doing it on purpose. It's good to see you take these things seriously, unlike some of your forum members.

It could be that the unsubscribe only works for the specific subject and you have to opt out from each one. I have lost count of the number of unsubscribes I have clicked on recently. I have also updated my profile so I don't get anything except direct emails.

I have forwarded the latest digest to you.

PS. For other people, it's a common technique for spreading malware to send emails to people with unsubscribe links to click on.

I get stupid digests also. Really doubt I subscribed to any afaik.

Haven't bothered to unsubscribe, So don't know if that function works or not.

While on this platform, I'll put it out there that I think the seabreeze looks like it's stuck at 2007 design.

The speed at which design changes these days, we'll be full circle soon and Seabreeze will be the latest "next best thing" cutting edge design.
