New to boating so sorry for potentially uninformed question. I plan to launch a small dinghy from the Canal Road boat ramp on iron cove bay. At low tide the water is very low and there many obstacles from discarded shopping trolleys to old bicycles.

Where do i find accurate tide info (hi / low) for iron cove bay ? Anyone who has boated on iron cove bay anything i need to look out for? thanks
