For any of you who been to Tasmania for a holiday or lives in Tassie etc? (Myself) Not enough food options/ shops . Population of Tasmania only getting bigger! Eg. No McDonald's, Hungry jacks or retail clothing shop etc! Thoughts?

I don't know I like Hobart airport
it reminds me of travelling in the late 70s and 80s
The last time I was passing through was during lockdown and it was a ghost town

You go to Salamanca markets now on a Saturday morning in Hobart and there is Gin stalls everywhere you look. Surprised one is not in our airport yet!
