Need a new cylinder lock for the front door with the forks on the end but not really sure what to Google?

Take the old one to a
reputable locksmith
and get a new one or get the old one repaired.

I've used "Locks Galore" a few times with good results, just send them the pics.

For a sliding door maybe? The cams (the fork thing) are usually interchangeable
