It's so good to get back to nature and be at one with your spiritual side.
But it's also just as important to have the Youtube links for this and to let all your friends on your social media networks know how you've discovered this new connection with nature through the internet without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Does the earthing strap go from the tin foil hat to your ankle? And will that mess up my ankle tracker and therefore breech my bail conditions.....Oh! too late i'm on the internet.

Ive seen a few articles showing the benefits of Grounding, particularly for the people who work in an office/warehouse/shop in front of a computer or phone all day, year in year out.
