Going to be freezing in Tasmania this week

7,8,8 then 6 degrees----- and those are the max temperatures.

I spend the first three months of each year on the Island state and this year summer wasn't much warmer, extra thick wettie was the go everywhere.
Spent four nights up in high lakes country (Bradey's) and temps got down to low single figures up there in February. The bloke who owned the "shack" said we should "come up in winter, sometimes it snows and you can't get out for a week" - I declined that invite.

Some nice areas but the water is quite "cool".

No such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes. Or in this case, the wrong wettie.

There is nothing nicer than a windless, sunny mid-winter's day with perfect glassy surf.

Just this week? I thought it was freezing every week. Hopefully there is a heat wave next week for the Freo v Hawks game.
