I am pretty sure Hale school had a pretty bad run a few years back here in W.A.
Cant remember how many killed - and I don't recall massive legal bills either.

I went to summer camps throughout my childhood and we had a number of kids die too. That number was zero though. Perhaps the suit wasn't so frivolous after all - especially if you can't sue properly
