It's the best I can do given my situation, I had another version with Corona and wishing Winona could make me feel better.

Today I look a lot sicker and I can't even lift my bone broth mug without breaking in to a sweat, but I actually feel better.

I've got it now! To my surprise a new test pack, and it showed two lines. I have a slightly runny nose, but had a scratchy-ish throat for the last two days. If it weren't for the test I would have shrugged it off as 'just a cold'.

I was exposed to someone that had it about 6 days ago, so I am guessing it has been building up since then.

I was very concerned it might go in to my chest, but airway stayed clear. End of boxing day I started coughing up brown yuck. The more I coughed up, the less my throat hurt, but I was coughing up every 15mins. I've had to change t-shirt and pillow case every hour @ night.
Still coughing up clear mucus.
Never had any sniffles.

I guess all up like a once in a decade bad flu... 0 sick days in the past 3yrs and the day we break for Christmas, BAM.

I feel sorry for you. No one wants anyone to go through this. I am too pessimistic to think I will get away with just cold symptoms and suspect I will be seeing the same as you over the next few days.

I had a bad flu years ago and one of the symptoms was I had a bad sore throat and lost my voice completely. The surprising thing is that so few people noticed!

Don't worry people, if that happens this time, I can still type! Probably more!

How are you Flysurfer? Getting better?

I stumbled across this article that suggests a lot of people may have had Covid but never knew it. I know I felt like I could have had it over the last year or so although the symptoms were so mild that I never really expected it and RAT tests always showed not positive. This is the first time for me that I showed a positive result.
