A legal win at all costs mentality got called out by a magnificent group of ordinary citizens... A pre-trial trial on this nasty piece of work's legal team play failed spectacularly...

The Bourke St Murderer - James. Gargasoulas can believe he his Jesus should he choose but regardless is good to go for trial not some trumped up in-sanity plea..

Wouldn't it be G8 if more of these spontaneous legal plays were put to a jury of the public as in this area the legal system is a servant of the public and has some glaring weaknesses..

It is human nature to take advantage of any system setup with good intentions... The rise in legally assigned insanity in the last 30 or so years appears to be as addictive as ICE to the legal profession in the win at all cost mentality...

I hope Mr James G gets nailed to the cross.
