I ran C Cleaner this morning and it did the usual clean out of caches and internet history etc and there are no issues with the way the PC is running (Windows 7 Home Premium), however when I go to one of my favourite web pages which is YouTube, I get this:-

Can somebody set me right here please???

It's an issue with your browser.
What you're seeing is the raw HTML without the style sheet being applied (CSS).

I suspect you have deleted some component.

Re-install the browser, or use a different one.
, or do what an IT support peep would do - Look up on Youtube 'Chrome Style sheet not applied'

Youtube was going funny on chrome for me earlier. Possibly just a coincidence.

I recommend you upgrade to windows 10 to fix it.

Seriously, it's only free for another 6 months or less, then you'll have to pay. Get on it.
