I have sent messages on company contact links with zero responses.
Sent a couple over the last couple of weeks and still nothing.
I even called into one company and said I sent a message - response ' yes saw that we like to receive feed back??? It was my question.
Is it just me or normal?

Yeah it appears to be normal from what I have experienced, followed closely by zero email etiquette when there is a reply. Trying to buy a product from one of the advertisers on this site, no reply after multiple attempts to email them, ultimately spent money with some one that does reply.

My email reply rates are much more successful out of Europe and north America though.

I emailed Google about a product I bought from them, and they came back to me within 12 hours and refunded my money.

took me a long time to find the contact though. its there behind many web links.

if they have a customer feedback "tell us your success story" - often goes straight to their P.R department - use that one. Worked wonders for me with a couple of them

I think a lot of mails get nabbed by spam filters...

I need to add - I phoned a company today and got an answering machine with a very nice message.
The machine asked me to leave my number and they will phone back..
Still waiting
