Im confused as to what this has to do with bitcoin ?

Really pumps on a easterly swell from 1.5m but only up to 2.3m - has to be at least a period of 15sec and works best on 3.4m tide but will be ok down to 2.2m. Watch the end section -it's a nightmare if the swell is bigger and has any northeast in it!
