How good is that, there would not be another type of boat built, that would have got itself out of that one.

It's pretty amazing stuff. I was waiting for it to be knocked down and throw the crew onto the beach but no. They'd have to be the perfect vessel for the job they do.

Those RNLI boats are like wee ball wobbles.

They go backwards pretty well. Its easy to see the advantage of props that pull instead of push when dealing with breaking waves.

That video would make just as much sense being played backwards. I gather that must be an Irish lifeboat.
PS - Pretty incredible that they actually got it out.
