Same issue applies to a lot of "surf stores" these days. Went into the shop the other day and asked the assistant where the wetsuits were. Was given a confused look and a response of "wetsuits..???..???" After explaining the item I was searching for the assistance replied with "nah, we don't stock them. I think we had one for sale in the shop a couple of years back".

Reminds me of a superdog.
I just wanted one. Halfway thru a 800km drive, in the bush.
The servo store had recently been taken over by indians with no idea (should have seen it coming) so instead of a hotdog with bacon, grated cheese and fried onion I got

Microwaved roll
microwaved hotdog (could tell by the nuclear generated fire dried burnt ends, and still moist 200degC in the middle)
processed cheese slice
raw red onion
mustard pickles (the yellow sandwich relish) instead of mustard
and of course tomato sauce.

after moaning for a bit I had a bite and it was bloody lovely. Same but different.
