We're thinking about downsizing, Dot's arthritic knee is making the stairs hard for her, and the garden is getting a bit hard to manage.
I hardly ever surf or windsurf out here any more, most of my windsurfing is on the estuary these days.

So if any of you want a passive solar house on the beachfront, where you can have 7 sails permanently rigged. Just do up the bung, cross the road with the board, pull on some downhaul plug sail into board, walk down beach path, 1 or 2 tacks and you're sailing the 3rd break. A huge shed, (most of the old shack), and a view of the point from upstairs.

We'll be giving it to the agents in a few weeks, but if anybody wants to make an offer in the meantime, just PM me
