Currently, when you search for something on Google, it will always show "Best of" on the search results, but could they be trusted?

Two days ago, when I was surfing on the Internet and trying to find something related to solar panels for my home use, the Internet was flooded with articles claiming to rank the "best solar panels" for your home. But can these guides be trusted? Or are they disguised marketing tactics designed to push specific brands and products?

And guys, should I trust the content that Google gave me or how can I make a clever judgment?

Generally a website is there to make money. You can usually assume that there is a referral program.

a choice membership is worth it I reckon, to get a reasonably transparent view of things.

I bought my system from an ebay auction 12 years ago and got it at about 60% of the price the same would have cost retail including installation.
The inverter failed about 6 months before the warranty ended, and the ebay vender was impossible to find. I got in touch with the installer and he told me that there was a known issue with the particular model, so I tracked down the importer and they honoured the warranty promptly. No problems since.

Hey, we don't want to hear your own experiences with solar panels, whether it was on ebay and worked out well or anything else.

We are here to.... well, I am not sure, but it is a bit weird.

Any guesses about what this post is really trying to achieve?

How did you get it installed? Were there any issues with the installation and commissioning? I am very skeptical of the whole thing, but if its working out much cheaper than the quoted prices, then maybe its not a bad thing.
