if anyone can help me locate a copy of a discounted new or used Marina Operations Manual" by Simon Arrol first or second edition either in print or PDF it would be appreciated. As I'm studying at the moment I can not afford the $980 that the Aust Marina Industry Association are asking and I have not been able to find anyone that can help me.
Anyone out there that can help or lead me in right direction i would be extremely greatful

seriously i would be taking it up with the course provider prescribing such a rediculously priced text for what can't be a comlplex subject. I would suspect some kickbacks or something there. I'd be kicking up a massive stink, threatening to go to social media to highlight the cost of it etc
