I am 56 :( and have been windsurfing for nearly 30 years !!! not quite the wooden boom era but nearly !!! My favourite form of windsurfing is long and short board cruising where I disappear for miles along the coast !! but have just got into abit of speedsailing and am a member of Team East although not the fastest on the water am pleased with my 31 kt n/mile and am having fun trying for 40 kts !!! bearing in mind it took me 28 years to break 30 kts !!!
