New to all of this, partner is a surfer - but not me!!!! Want to get fit, got some good advice from you guys in the forum. Had hip replacement due to hit/run, muscles wasting away - blah...... Love summer, love water bit hesistant when it comes to surfing. Apart from that I have a parnter, 2 young boys, am a nurse and love music ie: AC/DC, Joe Bonamassa etc - sorta gives away my age hey!!! anyway look forward to joining you guys in forum. Cya!!!!
