Stayed in Bondi beach for one year in 1999-2000 and started surfing there. I had not surfed since 2000 after leaving Sydney being too far away from ocean. I gave it a try with SUP in August 2017 and loved it. Since then I have been practising and exploring various spots (ocean, river, flat water) in Myanmar where I am based ten months a year.
